Since we belived there is a window to make a great impact on recovery, there is no time to waste.  Consider these now:

STEP 1: Contact your public school to set up an "in home" visit.  If you are concerned about your child’s development, contact your local school district’s Early Childhood Special Education program to find out if he or she is eligible for early intervention services. Screening and evaluation are provided at no cost to you.

STEP 2: Call a local diganostic center to have your child evaluated for the suspected developmental delays.  Since you may have to wait 6-9 months to get your child seen by a licensed psychologist, be sure to complete STEP 1 right away and then move onto STEP 3 quickly.

STEP 3: Begin learning about the Defeat Autism Now protocol.  Diet, Biomedical, Supplements, etc.  Go to our "interventions page" to learn more.

STEP 4: Learn about Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy for your child.

STEP 5: Network with others.  Build your own support system to help you navigate your way through recovery.  Join Yahoo Groups, TACA, Generation Rescue, or this one (Window for Autism Recovery Network).
